No. We cover the entire state of Florida. While Miami and Orlando are our highest-volume markets, we regularly plan and execute events in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, Naples, Sarasota, Palm Beach, Key West, Tallahassee, Gainesville, and any other city in the state. If it is in Florida, we are there.
What types of corporate events do you handle?

Can you plan a bachelor or bachelorette party in Florida?

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4 to 8 weeks for corporate events and 2 to 4 weeks for private celebrations. Peak season in South Florida (December through April) and major Orlando convention dates may require longer lead times.

Yes. We regularly plan satellite events, off-site dinners, networking receptions, and hospitality suites around major conventions in Orlando, Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville. We understand convention-adjacent logistics.
Do you travel to smaller Florida cities?
Yes. We are not limited to major metro areas. We can plan and execute events in any Florida city or town, including resort communities, private estates, golf clubs, waterfront properties, and rural venues. Our statewide coverage means no location is out of reach.
Is there a minimum group size?
No strict minimum. We work with intimate groups of 6 to 8 guests for private dinners and tastings, as well as large corporate groups of 500+ for galas and receptions anywhere in the state.
