Elixir Experiences — Terms of Service
Overview
This website is operated by Elixir Experiences, a trade name of Grupo Rosado Rodriguez LLC (United States) and Grupo Rosado Rodríguez SRL (Dominican Republic). Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Elixir Experiences. By using this website, requesting a quote, booking an experience or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
We design and produce private and corporate experiences, tastings, team building, bar services, cigar experiences, tours, luxury transportation and ticket concierge services in New York, Florida, Washington D.C., the Dominican Republic and other locations by agreement.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal and are subject to availability until confirmed.
- A booking is confirmed only when we receive the agreed payment or deposit and send written confirmation.
- Prices for experiences, tickets and third-party services may change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Payments
Payment terms, deposits and due dates are stated in each proposal or invoice. If a balance is not paid by the due date, we may release the date, the staff and any reserved services.
4. Cancellations, refunds and date changes
All payments are non-refundable. Date changes are free when requested by email at least 7 days before the experience. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Ticket concierge services
When we purchase Broadway, sports or other event tickets on your behalf, the tickets are subject to the terms of the venue and the ticket provider, including policies on changes, cancellations, entry and age. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the provider allows it.
6. Guests, age and alcohol
- Guests who consume alcohol or tobacco must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in the country of the event) and may be asked for identification.
- Guests may not leave the venue with glasses or alcoholic beverages.
- We may refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately or puts the safety of others at risk.
- The client who books is responsible for the behavior of their guests and for any damage they cause to equipment, venues or vehicles.
7. Third-party providers
Venues, transportation, tickets and some products are provided by third parties. We select them carefully, but each provider is responsible for its own services and is subject to its own terms.
8. Changes beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, government orders, strikes, venue closures, public health measures or the failure of third-party providers. In those cases we will work with you to reschedule the experience.
9. Photos and content
We may photograph or film our experiences for our portfolio and social media. If you or your company prefer that your event, guests or brand not appear, let us know in writing before the event and we will respect it.
10. Use of the website
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content, images or design without our written permission. All content on this website belongs to Elixir Experiences or is used with permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixir Experiences and its directors, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the new version on this page.
