The event hall becomes a working coffee factory. Five teams. Five stations — drying, selection, roasting, preparation, tasting. One final cup that the whole room drinks together.

Cigar Rolling Workshop
Under the guidance of a master Dominican torcedor, each guest hand-rolls their own premium cigar. Teams compete on craftsmanship, presentation, and burn quality.

Mixology Competition
Teams design and craft an original signature cocktail against a themed brief. Judged blind by a professional mixologist panel on creativity, presentation, and balance.

Culinary Team Challenge
Split into brigades, teams cook a full multi-course meal under a chef's guidance. Then everyone dines together at one long table — tasting the meal the entire room built.
